Magnesium lotion can be used for headaches, trouble sleeping, restless leg syndrome, anxiety and hormonal issues.

When magnesium is applied to the skin, it enters the blood stream directly, which means your body can use it quickly and efficiently.

Using one teaspoon of magnesium lotion can deliver approximately 280mg of elemental magnesium. Use 1-2 teaspoon per application.
